Slitting machine blade cutting process

There are three common cutting methods:
1. Trimming: A variety of materials are compounded to form process trims, and products that meet the process requirements are obtained by cutting off the process trims reserved in the process. This cutting method is mostly used in the processing of materials such as composite films.
2. Roll cutting: Cut the whole roll of wide coil material into multiple rolls of narrow specification coil material through a high-speed circular knife. This cutting method is mostly used in the adhesive product industry.
3. Slitting: Cut the large-diameter material into multiple rolls and small-diameter materials according to the requirements of the winding length and width specifications. This cutting method is mostly used in the color printing industry of film substrates and flexible packaging.
